Expertise that shapes the product.

A visible connection between a real need, a professional contribution, the change made, and the benefit for the user.

    1. Need detected

Behavioral definitions in drafts used inconsistent terminology across sections.

    2. Professional contribution

Reviewed the draft template and flagged where definitions drifted from the operational baseline.

    3. Change or review

ATLAS now aligns behavioral-definition wording to the confirmed baseline section automatically.

    4. Usefulness for the user

Reviewers see one consistent definition throughout the document, reducing rework before submission.

    1. Need detected

An intake instruction step was unclear to technicians recording session data.

    2. Professional contribution

Identified the confusing step during a usability test and suggested clearer wording.

    3. Change or review

The intake flow was rewritten in plain language with an inline example.

    4. Usefulness for the user

Technicians complete intake fields with fewer errors and less back-and-forth.

    1. Need detected

Cited facts in drafts could not always be traced back to a specific source page.

    2. Professional contribution

Built a provenance link that ties each cited fact to its source document and location.

    3. Change or review

Every fact in a draft now carries a clickable source reference.

    4. Usefulness for the user

BCBAs verify any statement during review, without leaving the workspace.

    1. Need detected

Contradictions between requested hours and the baseline data sometimes reached submission unnoticed.

    2. Professional contribution

Reviewed the cross-section consistency rules and confirmed the thresholds that flag real discrepancies.

    3. Change or review

ATLAS now flags when requested intensity is unsupported by the confirmed baseline.

    4. Usefulness for the user

BCBAs catch unsupported requests before submission.

    1. Need detected

Session-data fields recorded units that did not match what the BCBA plan expected.

    2. Professional contribution

Reviewed the data-capture fields and aligned them with the units used in BCBA plans.

    3. Change or review

ATLAS session-data fields now use the same units as the treatment plan.

    4. Usefulness for the user

Data entered in session is immediately usable in the assessment, with no manual conversion.

    1. Need detected

Access to client records needed a complete, tamper-evident trail.

    2. Professional contribution

Reviewed the audit-log design and confirmed which actions must be recorded.

    3. Change or review

Every access and change is written to an append-only audit log.

    4. Usefulness for the user

Agencies can show who saw or changed a record, and when.

Our work supports the platform. Your BCBA directs care.

Participating in the design, development, or review of Atlas does not mean reviewing each assessment individually or replacing the responsible professional. Not everyone listed has access to client records or documents. Atlas does not promise individual clinical review, supervision, specialist availability, or direct access to team members unless those services expressly exist.

Frequently asked questions

Do these professionals review every assessment?

No. Their participation is in the product (its design, development, and review), not in reviewing individual cases. Each assessment remains the responsibility of the BCBA who signs it.

How can I verify professional credentials?

Each profile links to the official verification registry when available. For BACB credentials, you can verify through the BACB public registry. A link to a registry is not an endorsement of Atlas by the certifying body.

Are all listed professionals full-time employees?

Not necessarily. Each profile states its real relationship with Atlas: team member, advisor, external consultant, or product collaborator.

Can my agency ask about clinical workflows or security?

Yes, through the demo request form. We cannot promise a meeting with a specific person, response times, or availability that has not been confirmed.
