Who is Atlas for?
BCBAs who write initial assessments for Florida Medicaid clients. Atlas is in a closed pilot, and access is by invitation.
Which assessments does Atlas support?
Florida Medicaid initial behavior analysis assessments. Reassessments and other payers are outside the current pilot.
Does Atlas replace my clinical judgment?
No. Atlas drafts and checks; you decide what goes into the report and you sign it. Atlas does not diagnose, authorize services or set treatment hours.
Is Atlas an EHR?
No. Atlas is not an EHR, practice management software, or billing tool. It supports the drafting and pre-submission review of ABA assessments, alongside the systems you already use.
Will Atlas get my authorization approved?
No. Only the payer decides. Atlas helps you find missing or contradictory content before you submit.
Which documents can I upload?
The CDE, the referral, and Vineland-3 and BASC-3 reports, as PDF files. Scanned PDFs are read too.
How is client information protected?
Atlas runs on AWS under a signed BAA, with encryption in transit and at rest, isolated workspaces and an append-only audit log. Accounts are invite-only.
Can I use Atlas in Spanish?
Yes. The interface is available in English and Spanish.
Is Atlas affiliated with AHCA or Florida Medicaid?
No. Atlas is not endorsed by AHCA, Florida Medicaid, any managed care plan, the BACB or CASP.
