What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the demo request form. It does not cover information processed inside the Atlas application, which is governed by the agreements we sign with each customer.

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, phone number (optional), role, agency or practice name, team size, monthly assessment volume, preferred language and your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this website.

Please do not send client information

This website is not designed to receive health information about your clients. Please do not include client names, diagnoses or other protected health information in the form.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your request, schedule and give the demo, follow up with you about Atlas, keep a record of our conversations and protect the site against abuse.

Phone calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your request. We will not send you text messages unless you agree to receive them.

We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Vercel, which hosts the website, and HighLevel, which we use for customer relationship management, email, text messages and scheduling. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to support@aba.partners. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email and, if you agreed to receive text messages, stop them by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
